Hi! I am Steph and I  bring 15 years of experience in the mental health field, with a specialized focus on women’s reproductive mental health. My clinical passions include infertility, medical advocacy, PMAD's, and PMDD.

In my role as Clinical Supervisor and Practice Administrator, I mostly work behind the scenes to support thoughtful practice growth and to build a strong, values-driven clinical team. I am deeply committed to mentoring clinicians and helping them develop their own professional passions while providing high-quality, ethical care to women.

Since being Certified with PSI (Postpartum Support International) it is very important for me to mentor clinicians who treat individuals with PMADs. 

 

Outside of supervising, you will find me chasing my two young children around, catching me cuddling with a cat or two in sessions and being in the sunshine. I have also begun enjoying building my self care practice personally and professionally offering sound healing and soon Holy Fire Reiki.
