About Mallory
Hi! I'm Mallory. With over nine years of experience in clinical practice, I bring a trauma-informed and compassionate approach to my clinical work. I am passionate about supporting women experiencing the lasting impacts of high-conflict relationships, neurodiversity, and complex trauma.
Given the connection between complex trauma, neurodiversity and nervous system regulation, I enjoy the integration of body-based, nontraditional healing modalities including breathe work, mindfulness, sound healing, and other holistic approaches to help women find safety from within. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you can reconnect with your sense of agency and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling future.
Outside of therapy I enjoy the chaos that comes with being a mom of 3, and putting my feet in the sand whenever I can!
