Who We Help
Our practice is dedicated to supporting the women who notoriously fall through the cracks. The ones who are really good at holding it all together on the outside, but are silently crumbling under the pressures of modern woman and motherhood to do it all,
Hi, I'm Amy
Welcome! I'm so grateful that you've taken the time out of your day to check out our website. As a late diagnosed woman with ADHD and mom to a strong-willed neurodivergent child, I've lived a lot of my adult life feeling chronically overwhelmed, irritable, and burned out. My own journey of challenging myself to slow down and live life from a more regulated place has turned into a passion for helping other women do the same.
After 5 amazing years on my own, Mind. Body. PowHER is growing! I'm so excited to introduce you to our growing team. Click below to learn more!

Our Approach To Therapy
We are not a team of blank slate therapists. We bring our authentic personalities into the room and we want our client's to feel that from us. Dark humor therapy memes? Yes please! Swearing in session? We'll take your lead! Life updates that have absolutely nothing to do with treatment goals? Absolutely! Showing us a picture of the person you're dating or coming to session with a fully prepared slideshow to present highlighting all of the main characters in your story (yes, this happened. It was amazing) 100% YES!
Authentic
We carry stories that have shaped the way we move through the world. Sometimes those experiences make trust, safety, and self-compassion feel out of reach. Trauma-informed therapy means we move at your pace, with the understanding that your nervous system and your past matter. The therapy process is built on choice, safety, and empowerment.
Trauma Informed
The way your brain works is not a problem to solve, it’s a difference to honor. Neuro-diversity-affirming therapy views differences in thinking, learning, and experiencing the world as natural variations of the human experience. We aren't interested in changing who you are, but rather in understanding your strengths, alleviating challenges, and creating a space where your full authentic self is welcome.
Neurodiversity
Affirming
At the core of a person-centered approach to therapy is the belief that you hold the wisdom and resolutions to your challenges within you already. The therapist is merely a guide whose job is to help you find, get to know, and ultimately trust the wisdom you already have. A person-centered approach respects you as the expert in your own life, not the other way around. With respect, compassion, and unconditional support, we help you learn to trust yourself in ways that have felt impossible in the past.
