Insurance and Accepted Payment
In Network Benefits
We are in network with the following insurance plans:

Upon receiving your referral form, our Admin Team will verify your insurance coverage and communicate with you about your financial obligation for services, including copayments and deductible amounts. All clients are required to have a credit card on file for payment.
While we will verify coverage on our end, it is your responsibility to understand your insurance coverage, and your financial responsibility for services. You can inquire about your coverage by calling the number on the back of your insurance card and speaking with a representative. Some helpful questions to ask the representative include:
Do I have behavioral health coverage?
What is my copay/coverage amount for outpatient therapy sessions for both in-network and out-of-network providers?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is the amount and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
Is approval required from my primary care physician before I start therapy?
Are telehealth services included?
Please note that you are financially responsible for any amount not covered by your insurance plan, even if they failed to provide you with accurate information about your plan (this doesn't happen often, but it's not impossible). All charges for services including cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

Out of Network Benefits
If your plan has Out of Network Benefits, we can provide you with a Superbill that may allow you to be reimbursed for services.
How to find out if you have Out of Network Benefits:
Call your insurer and ask if your plan includes out of network benefits for behavioral health services.
If yes, ask for the reimbursement rates for CPT Codes 90791 and 90837, and where to send the Superbill.
If you choose to move forward, you will be responsible to pay the full rate for services at the time of service.
A monthly Superbill will be given to you by your provider to submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Please note that your insurance company will make any reimbursements directly to you.
Private Payment
There are many benefits to opting out of using your health insurance and doing private payment:

No diagnosis required – No diagnosis required for treatment.
More flexibility – Treatment timelines are determined by you and your provider, not the insurance company.
No surprise denials or billing headaches – Private payment rates are fixed. What you pay is what you pay. No confusing statements, rejected claims, or hours spent on hold with your insurance company.

60-Minute Therapy Session: $170.00
45- Minute Therapy session: $150.00
30- Minute Therapy Session: $130.00
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you provide 24-hours notice of any cancellations. Cancellations given less than 24-hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $125.00. Frequent cancellations and/or missed appointments may result in a discussion about your treatment needs and an adjustment to your treatment plan (including frequency of appointments.
